no headaches so far.
dinner @ 7:15 grilled chicken lettuce wrap with a light honey mustard and some broccoli florets with a tiny bit of poppy seed dressing.
1 more sugar free gum.
and lots of water throughout the day.
hcg @ 10 eek! forgot to bring it work with me, and ran out of the house for Kyle's softball game and then grocery shopping until late. Then I kept forgetting and drinking water so that I had to wait longer to take the drops... then forget again...
I didn't end up with any headaches but I felt more hunger and was very thankful I had the gum. I really think that most of it was mental, I wanted to be able to eat something if I wanted it, and it was frustrating that I was sitting at a heavier weight than I had been at for months (trip/loading) and yet I was on this restricted meal plan. So, no headaches, but maybe a little additional orneriness.
We made it to the store last night and I picked up additional ingredients so that I can cook my meats more like my dad does, which is so good. I also bought coconut oil and some macadamia nuts to try making the chocolate delight turtles my dad wrote about here. I mixed the oil with the cocoa powder and added some of the sweetener blend my mom made for me. It wasn't very appealing to me... but I'm not a huge chocolate fan in general. Supposedly the coconut oil helps me burn fat so I guess I will try it tonight. I put some macadamia nuts in the mix before refrigerating... and popped 2 in my mouth. They tasted so good.
Kyle took my measurements for me before bed, hopefully I will be able to see a huge change in those numbers throughout this process.
