morning weigh in: -1.2 lbs!
hoped for a little more but happy its at least a pound.
total loss: 4.2 lbs.

I'm usually counting down the minutes until 10 am so I can eat but I wasn't hungry until 11 today. I had been drinking water and the water/rooibios mixture all morning.
lunch @ 1 shredded chicken breast with broccoli florets - again just drizzled in the sauce created from cooking the chicken.
2 700mL bottles of water with my rooibious/crystal light combo.

dinner @ 7:45ish same as lunch. I had to make sure I ate at the same time as the boys because they cooked up a pizza in the oven that smelled amazing!
snack @ too late, cut up strawberries and hard bread stick. I also popped a couple of macadamia nuts.
I think over the course of the evening I ended up eating 3 of the bread sticks - which is excessive. And I might have used too much of the sauce in both my lunch and dinner. I had more temptation today with the pizza smell wafting through my house, and Braylon had a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich that I broke off pieces and handed to him in the car. I so wanted to just have one ... tiny bite, but I didn't. That type of self control is something I am trying to learn.
