lunch @ 1ish spicey stew type meal my dad brought for me to try that had some of the asian noodles and beef and 1 hard breadstick. I could only eat about 1/2 to 2/3s of it and I was so full.
dinner @ 7:30ish chicken and strawberries. I also had 1 1/2 macadamina nuts.
Lots of water and the rooibios/crystal light mixture.
