day 8

morning weigh in: -.4 lb
weight loss: 8 lbs in 7 days

I'm not sure if its because I was so irregular on my sleep, hcg timing, fluid consumption, odd meals and times, or a combination of all of those. I am going to try to be by the book again with everything today and hope to make up for my small loss from this mornings weigh in. I am still averaging over a pound a day which is great, but I would love to be @ or below my next target weight by Sunday. If I can average 1 lb a day again this week I can meet it, and Iwould be so freaking excited.

hcg @ 5:43 my dad told me I should set an alarm on my phone every day at 3:40 and 4 so I don't keep forgetting to take it on time. I really need to do that.

Reading in the yahooGroups forums people do write a lot about the fact that you need to make sure you get at least 500 calories if not 550. I can't believe I am typing at least 500. It seems crazy but some days if you get going and are busy or don't plan well you end up eating under the 500 just to make sure you don't splurge and go over, but it can stall weight loss right away. People report losing more eating 550 calories than eating 450.

I am going to try a few days where I don't eat so late at night. I shouldn't be anyway and if I would get to bed at a decent hour I wouldnt feel the need to eat an apple that late.
