day 5

morning weigh in: -.8 lbs!
total loss: 5 lbs.

I thought I probably over did it with my eating yesterday. The crazy part is that I didn't need any of the extra that I ate. I knew that I was eating because it was there, and I could.. and not really because I was hungry. I wasn't very hungry aside from my set meal times at all yesterday. There was about an hour or so midday at the office that I felt a tinge of hungar but it passed quickly, and I didn't even feel the need to chew any gum to satiate. I am going to have a really strong day today and hope that I can see an increase in fat burn.

lunch @ 3:15 Chicken breast with romaine lettuce diced up with a little of the juices from cooking the meat and some mustard, one hard breadstick.
I didn't prep the night before - which I really need to do for all working days. I worked through the day and went home to make my lunch and then rush over the the movie theater with my boys to catch a matinee showing of Ice Age.

- I picked up basic yellow mustard at Whole Foods, just because we were there, and it is incredibly vinegery. It actually tastes a little sour and makes it taste like my vegetables have gone bad. I need to replace that right away. ech!
