day 7

morning weigh in: -1.6 lbs!
total loss: 7.6 lbs!

lunch/dinner @ 6 scrambled eggs with broccoli and some green chilie sauce mixed in. Cup of cut strawberries.


We meet for church from 1-4 and I was not prepared to make a full lunch before we left. After church we were invited over to a friends for dinner so I thought I would make up my meal and bring it over, but when we got home I realized I didn't have any more of my chicken or halibut thawed. I cooked up the eggs and broccoli - but I used 4 medium eggs and 2 of the egg yolks since I hadn't had anything else as far as protein. I salted and peppered the eggs and put some, but not very much of the green chili sauce in. It was really good but, maybe too much fat with the 2nd yolk? I know you are just supposed to use one, but I accidently dropped the whole egg in my bowl and didn't bother to remove the yolk.

Again I am impressed with this will power that has taken over. In some areas of my life I think I have amazing self control/dicipline but I never have with diets or restrictions in what I can eat. I think its just time. I have been so sick of this body that I feel I am trapped in that is just not me. I can not wait to look and feel more like the me that I see in my head again.
